Basic Beginner Classes

Beginner Clogging Classes are sponsored by the Irving Parks & Recreation Department and held at the Northwest Park Recreation Center.
Our instructor will guide you step by simple step through this set of lessons. You will learn the 8 basic movements in clogging. It's so easy, you will be dancing complete songs after the first lesson. We host 2 classes each year in the Spring & Fall. Classes run 8 weeks and are held on Sunday afternoons from 1:30 - 2:30 PM.

We will be starting a new set of Basic Beginner Lessons on October 6, 2008. Your first lesson is FREE. Singles, Couples and Families are welcome.

Intermediate Classes

After successfully completing Beginner lessons, or having equivalent dance experience, you will be ready to start your Intermediate Lessons. In these classes, you will continue to utilize and perfect the basic movements taught in Beginner Lesson. While being assisted in putting together various step combinations and movements to round out this exciting experience. Intermediate Classes run 8 weeks and are also held at the Northwest Park Recreation Center on Sunday afternoons from 2:30 - 4:00 PM.
 

After successfully completing both Beginner and Intermediate Clogging Lessons you will be our honored guests at a party hosted by our Club. At the party we will have graduation ceremonies, where you will be awarded a Bachelors Degree in Clogging. You will then be invited to join our Club and later, possibly join one of our Exhibition Teams.
Our goals are to have FUN, relax, and continue to provide a wholesome family environment. We are looking forward to you joining our family!
